Dr. Iman Janemi, a London, Ontario native, discovered his passion for dentistry early in life. He pursued his academic interests at Western University, earning a Bachelor of Medical Sciences and a Master's in Neuroscience in 2011. Dr. Janemi then became the President of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry Class of 2015, graduating with dual licensure to practice in both Canada and the United States.

In 2019, he opened his first dental practice in a rural community in Southwestern Ontario, where he and his family have settled and become active members of the community. Motivated by the impact of local business and the challenges of the 2020 global pandemic, Dr. Janemi founded Aspire Dental Management to extend the positive influence of his company to a broader community of patients, dentists, and staff.

Since its inception in 2020, Aspire Dental Management has experienced rapid growth, now encompassing eight locations in Southwestern Ontario and a team of over 70 dedicated professionals. As Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Janemi remains actively engaged in patient care, focusing his practice on surgical procedures and implant dentistry, while also mentoring emerging dental professionals.

Leveraging his comprehensive understanding of dental business management and strong industry partnerships, Dr. Janemi has propelled Aspire Dental Management to achieve a tenfold revenue increase in just four years. His leadership has cultivated a collaborative team and growth-oriented culture within the organization.
